   I prefer these exercise bands because they are already in a loop shape and you don’t have to tie and untie them. There’s a place for the ones you tie, but I greatly prefer these. They come in a handy little mesh bag.

   The full range of five bands from easy to extra strong is good for stretching and exercise. However, as I moved from Green to Blue to Yellow with the thigh stretch exercise, I reached a limit with the Yellow band. It worked fine for two weeks, and then suddenly snapped and broke and landed across the gymnasium floor. I was expecting a better durability for the exercise, which is simply locating the band around the ankles and stretching out the leg at an angle to the body, not really an exceptional stretch but it broke after two weeks of use ten minutes a day.

   I am a seriously weak diabetic with tons of health issues and my legs have been so weak that my ankles sprain or break at least on a yearly basis. After a near death experience I have had random anxious energy and focusing on getting my legs back into shape has been helpful.. It's been hard but I've stuck with it for 3 weeks working out my legs and mah booty. I've been debilitated for so long... if I can do it with my zero energy and get started (it's definitely improved my energy) anyone can. I did have to cave and finally get some leggings to help it stay in place, I find it does move a bit. I quickly graduated to the medium level and think it will be my preferred level. I am the ultimate beginner, I have never exercised on a daily basis and seeing results and feeling better about myself really does help. I have never been able to do a squat in true form and now I can do at least 30 so I feel a bit addicted to seeing positive results.

   These bands are very good quality at a very reasonable price. Prompt delivery and a lovely velvet bag to store them in. Would highly recommend.

   Comes in a black pouch containing two sealed packs of strong rubber resistance bands (5) - Colour coded for strength. Also includes workout sheet with suggestions for exercises. Really impressed with the quality. Should work great for physio rehab.

   Based on the photos I thought the bands would have been longer, I can’t get both legs in. My legs are not ‘tree trunks’.

   I purchased a set of resistance bands identical to these a few years ago and misplaced them so I ordered this set. My only complaint about this set is that the black band, which should be the most resistance, has almost no elasticity to it. All the other bands perform as normal but the black one must be a faulty product because it does not perform like a normal resistance band should at all. I usually only use the red and black one (the two with the most resistance) and the red works fine but the black one feels almost like an old dried up rubber band that might snap at any moment and no longer has the elasticity it once did. It’s really stiff even after I’ve used it for several workouts and tried stretching it out thinking that would help. I think the black band must be a faulty one that slipped through.
   
   I’m bummed because I’m going to have to order a new set because I use the black one so often but it’s not performing how it should. I don’t plan on re-purchasing this set, I will try another brand.
   
   However, if someone is looking to purchase a set of resistance bands for working out or physical therapy, I highly highly recommend them! They’re a great tool for beginners and also people who want to elevate the intensity of their workouts.

   Just be lazy to get heavy dumbbell and want to something similar for work-out.
   Bands is shorter than expect (it is my fault that I should really measure and check it) but good enough for basic work-out.
   No weird smell. Small enough to carry and storage.

   Never had a problem. Used all different sizes and stretched. Very durable.
