I am a men with below average strength but the "heavy" band broke after 2 weeks of moderate use and "x-heavy" band broke 2 weeks after the "heavy" band broke. I do feel these bands help my muscle get stronger but may be more suitable for women.

It was definitely what I expected it to be, and what anyone would honestly expect it to be. Resistance bands that help you stretch and train your muscles without needing heavy equipment. It was still a little confusing at first to figure out how to even use them to begin with but once you get the hang of it, it really starts to burn.
