   I bought these for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them! He said they were very firm/tight though but it made him work harder which he loved.

   If you're looking for greater resistance, these bands are not the ones you want. I think these bands are more for beginners or older folks who may have strength problems. If you're doing strength exercises and you just want to stronger resistant bands, these may not be the product of choice.

   I like that there are a variety of stiffness to the bands, but I wish they were wider as suggested by my physical therapist.

   These would have been perfect except that one of the bands was defective. The heavy band actually feel lighter than the medium. One side of it is thinner if you look closely at the photo but it causes a big difference in terms of resistance.
   
   If these came in perfect condition with no defect, I would have given it five stars. They are pretty inexpensive, just know that if you get them, you might need to do an exchange!

   No issues with delivery but when I opened the package, I noticed there was two “Heavy” bands and no “X-Heavy” band.

   The bands in general are nice to have around, but there's nothing that allows them to really grip onto you as you're using them . A lot of the time, they just slide up and town my legs when I'm trying to work out. The lettering on them has started to rub off considering, but they're pretty cheap so I can't complain too much ! Plus, I really love the colors !

   I was disappointed in these bands. They are very small loops. They are best for beginners or older people. I’ll keep and use them, but I will need to buy longer, open bands to provide me with an opportunity to do additional strength and stretching exercises.
   
   The price is relatively inexpensive, but I’ll need to buy additional bands, so no bargain.

   Th bands tend to roll up when I try to put them on or take them off my legs--may be the way I'm doing it, but I haven't mastered the process yet.
