   Loved this for myself and my daughter. The only knock I have is that between the foam pink pieces is a hard plastic black piece and you could hit your shin pretty bad when doing your calves. Outside of that, it’s a dream.

   I have issues with inflamed fascia all over my body, so I have purchased many tools over the years (in addition to manual myofascial release and massage). The problem with every other tool I've ever had is that they were so painful to use that they ended up sitting in a pile in the corner. This tool is fantastic on legs. It seems to have just the right amount of pressure to start with and is extremely easy to use. If you need more pressure, you can just press in ever so lightly. The only reason that I didn't give this tool five stars is that they overreach by claiming that you can use it for so many other body parts. It works ok on arms, but, since your arms are thinner and you can only use the opposite hand to roll it, you cannot get enough pressure to do much good. I couldn't use it at all on my feet (the balls don't spin when it's on the floor) and I could never figure out how to use it on my neck. The bottom line is that, if your problem is in your legs, you should try this tool.

   My husband bought me an expensive leg compressor massager to relieve the pain in my lower legs. Not only was it difficult to put on, I really disliked how it felt. Not like a kneading massage as advertised. I returned that and bought this. So easy to use and it the pain is gone quickly. I am so very glad I bought this.

   Ordered this due to a tight leg muscle. Works wonderfully and I am able to roll it myself. Great for after running or any time muscles are tight
